We are looking for an INTERNAL SALES EMPLOYEE (m/f/d) to support the Sales & Logistics department at our location in Bad Homburg.
YOUR PROFILE
- completed commercial education (preferably in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial business management, logistics)
- professional experience in trade and/or logistics of bulk cargo is of advantage
- strong organisational skills, a structured way of working and the ability to carry out tasks independently
- your strengths include professional and friendly communication skills both in internal and external relations and a high level of service-orientation
- confident handling of common MS Office programmes and experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or another common processing system (not mandatory)
- very good written and spoken English and good German language skills
YOUR TASKS
- supporting the project managers with administrative activities in the areas of purchasing,
logistics and sales - execution and administration of:
• purchasing requests
• orders
• transport and warehouse processing
• Inventory monitoring and management
• sales order planning
• schedule monitoring
• invoicing - communication written and via phone with:
• suppliers
• logistics service providers
• customers - internal communication and support of the team in the handling day-to-day business
